Terms of Service

1. The service
BizBio publishes public profile pages for local businesses, compiled from publicly available sources, and lets verified owners claim, correct, and manage those pages. Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page.
2. Accounts and claiming
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or claiming a page. Claims are reviewed manually; we may approve, reject, request more information, or reverse an approval where evidence proves insufficient or fraudulent. You may only claim a business you own or are authorised to represent.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you add to your page and grant BizBio a licence to host, display, and distribute it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Unclaimed pages and removal
Pages for businesses that have not been claimed display information from public sources and are clearly labelled as not yet managed by their owner. Verified owners may claim a page to correct it, or request its permanent removal. Removed businesses are never republished.
5. Paid plans and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed per page, monthly or annually, through our payment provider. The displayed price is the price charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to misrepresent a business, harvest data, interfere with its operation, or publish unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content. Repeated abuse leads to account termination.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". Information on unclaimed pages comes from public sources and is not verified by the business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizBio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Changes and contact
