1. What we collect

Account data (email, name, language preference), business data you add to a claimed page, verification evidence you submit with a claim, and first-party usage counters (page views, link clicks, QR scans) measured on our servers without third-party trackers.

2. Business information on unclaimed pages

Unclaimed pages show business information compiled from publicly available sources — business name, category, address, phone number, and opening hours. This is business contact data, not private personal data. Owners can claim a page to correct it or request permanent removal.

3. How we use data

To operate the service: signing you in, reviewing claims, rendering your page, counting scans and visits, billing subscriptions, and sending service emails. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.

4. Analytics

Analytics are first-party and cookie-light: a single daily cookie distinguishes unique visitors, and counters run on our own infrastructure. No cross-site tracking takes place.

5. Service providers

We use processors to run the service: authentication and database hosting, payment processing, SMS/voice verification, email delivery, and content delivery. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

6. Retention and deletion

Verification evidence is kept as long as needed for claim review and dispute defence. You may delete your account from account settings; business pages you leave behind revert to unclaimed or are removed on request.

7. Your rights and contact

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting privacy@bizbio.net. We respond within 30 days.
